Camellia japonica ' Candy Flame'

Medium growing, upright to spreading shrubs or small tree with oval, glossy dark leaves and profuse winter to spring blooming flowers. A very hardy and vigorous growth habit forming a handsome, dense small tree. Flowers mid to late season. Registered March 2013. 

 

 

Camellia hybrid williamsii 'Koonawarra'

(Click image to view full size) A lovely variegated crimson white, medium growing, upright to spreading shrubs or small tree with oval, smaller glossy, tougher, dark leaves. A very remarkably hardy and vigorous growth habit forming a handsome, dense, small tree. Even in extreme weather produce an abundance of flowers even in areas of low light and despite harsh conditions. Flowers late season. An Australian bred. Registered March 2013.

 

 

Camellia japonica 'Red Shiraz'

(Click image to view full size) From Bob Hope seedling. Deep red. Semi-double. Compact growth and long flowering. Flower late winter in the Blue Mountains. Australian bred. Grown and originally named by Craig Carroll of Carroll's Country Gardens Nursery, Mount Tomah. Registered March 2013.
